World Record Attempt Sydney Cricket Ground 1st November 2025

Join the world’s largest breathwork session to help raise funds for mental health charities.

On the 1st of November 2025, we’re going to attempt to break the record for the world’s largest breathwork session.

Currently, the Guinness World Record is 5,280. We aim to have 5,500 people at the SCG taking part in this momentous event.

Along with breaking the record, we aim to create and grow awareness around breathing to improve mental health.

Breathing is vastly overlooked and undervalued, and Rory discovered firsthand how incredibly powerful conscious breathing can be for wellbeing.

Through strategic partnerships and ticket sales, we aim to raise much-needed funds for our chosen mental health charities - Black Dog Institute and Lifeline.

  • 1 in 5

This is the proportion of Australians who experience a mental illness in any given year.

  • Lifetime prevalence

A 2020-2022 study found that 42.9% of Australians aged 16-85 had experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life.

  • Nearly 1 in 2

This is the proportion of Australians who will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lives.

Breathwork has gained popularity over the years, and all for good reason.
